We are supporting the general contractor delivering Micron's semiconductor fabrication plant in Boise, Idaho.

Context & detail

Fab work is not like most industrial construction. The tolerances are tighter, the cleanliness requirements start long before the space looks finished, and the mechanical and process systems carry as much of the schedule as the structure does. A contractor building one of these needs people who have seen it before.

That is the main thing we are providing here: capability in the specific places it is needed. We identify what the team is missing, find people who have done that exact work, and get them on site and productive quickly. Sourcing and onboarding on a job like this cannot take months, and ours does not.

Alongside that we add capacity where the team is simply carrying too much, and we help shape the approach before people are placed. Talking through the sequence, the staffing and the plan is often worth more than any single hire.

Everything we do in construction is available to this project, from owner's representation and project controls through construction management, field supervision and document controls. What the contractor uses is up to them, and it changes as the job moves.

Once our people are on site we stay involved. The contractor has someone to call, and we keep asking whether the support still fits what the job needs.

Boise takes our construction practice outside of Texas and puts us on one of the more demanding manufacturing builds in the country. We are proud to be there.
