Despite the name, our roots are not north of the border. Canadian Breaks Consulting takes its name from the Canadian Breaks, the rugged country north of Amarillo where I grew up and where the flat sweep of the High Plains gives way to exposed caprock, steep draws, and hard ground.
That landscape shapes our identity. Water changed it slowly and permanently, leaving behind country that is both beautiful and unforgiving. It is a reminder that lasting change rarely happens in easy conditions. It takes patience, resilience, and the willingness to keep working when the path is rough.
That is what we strive to deliver for clients: not advice that disappears after the meeting, but practical improvements that hold up under pressure and become part of how the work gets done.
